About Health Track
Health Track turns your iPhone into a convenient heart rate monitor — just place your finger over the rear camera and get a reading in seconds, no wearables or accessories required.
Camera-Based Detection
Using photoplethysmography (PPG) technology, the app analyzes subtle light changes through your phone's rear camera to estimate your heart rate. Simply cover the lens with your fingertip, hold steady, and receive your result within 15 seconds.
7-Day Trend Analysis
After three or more readings, a visual trend chart summarizes your recent heart rate data. Review daily averages, highs, and lows over the past week to observe how your heart rate changes over time.
Complete History & Details
Every reading is saved locally with a timestamp, BPM value, health reference score, and zone classification. Search, review, or delete individual records at any time — all data stays on your device.
Daily Reminders
Set a custom daily notification to remind yourself to take a reading. Consistent daily testing helps build a more meaningful data picture over time.
Privacy First
All data is processed and stored entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server. Your health data remains yours alone.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the renewal cost will be provided. Subscriptions may be managed by the user. Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during the active subscription period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
